Eriko Ozaki

CEO, Shinsenryoku, Inc.

Based in Nagareyama, Chiba Prefecture, Ozaki has been involved in producing privately funded daycare centers for school-going children and entrepreneurship schools together with government bodies. She also served as a member of the local review committee for child-raising for 4 years. In 2016, she opened the shared satellite office Trist in a vacant shop space.
Developed in accordance with the three themes of community, education, and office, Trist reached full occupancy within a year. In April 2018, Trist opened its second location in a vacant government building. Ozaki has won several prizes for her efforts, including the Telework Advancement Prize and Work Story Award.
Her work has been featured on NHK and Nippon TV programs as well as numerous Japanese newspapers. Ozaki also serves as vice-chairperson of the NPO Kodikara Nippon. She is currently a mother to two children aged 8 and 6. Last year, she graduated from the 13th class of a school for comedians run by Ohta Production (a one-year program).
