Chiaki Hayashi
CEO, Loftwork Inc. / Future Design Shibuya FUTURE DESIGNER

Co-founded Loftwork Inc. in 2000, which rolls out the diverse projects, including web, community, and spatial design initiatives.  
The agency operates multiple services: “FabCafe”, a digital manufacturing cafe, and “MTRL”, a creative space for the creators, “AWRD”, a platform to promote co-creation with creators. She also serves as the Japan Liaison to the Director of MIT Media Lab, and CEO of Hidakuma. Hidakuma is a new form of public-private joint enterprise, which aims to create regional industries through traditional techniques and forest regeneration.

Natsuo Sato
Creative Director, CEO, EVERY DAY IS THE DAY / Future Design Shibuya FUTURE DESIGNER

He has established EVERY DAY IS THE DAY, a unique brand engineering studio in 2017, after his position as Executive Creative Director at HAKUHODO INC. Natsuo has been in charge of major accounts such as adidas, NIKE and Mercedes-Benz.
In recent years his work includes business development for TOYOTA, the fashion coordinating app “WEAR” as well as producing global motor shows for BRIDGESTONE. In 2018 he has been assigned Future Designer for the Shibuya district.
His creative spectrum further extends to product and service development such as children’s educational program and space design.
He has won several global and domestic ad awards including “JAPAN Good Design” and The Grand Prix for Japan ACC marketing effectiveness.
